We’re glad you’re here. The Diamond State Hawks Youth Football Association serve kids ages 5–14 across Delaware. We combine quality football training with academic support, leadership development, and a firm anti-bullying culture so every child can grow into a confident student, athlete, and community leader.

Volunteer & Coaching Opportunities
We welcome passionate volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of our players. All coaches must have prior coaching experience and a commitment to youth development. Head Coaches are required to have coached at the high school level or to have played college or professional football. Every coach and volunteer helps us uphold our mission of academic excellence, integrity, leadership, and an anti-bullying culture — ensuring that every child thrives on and off the field.
